JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAMS

Summer Sessions
June 12 - September 1

Junior Acers

Level 1-2

Ages 4-6
Mon-Thu  
9:00-9:30am
Players learn to maintain a rally when receiving more challenging shots,
serve with improved placements, approach the net, and place volleys.


Junior Acers

Level 3-4

Ages 7-10
Mon-Thu 
9:00-11:00am

Players learn to rally with improvement with direction and height control, serve with better power and control, return of serve, and approach and play net with volleys and overheads.

 

Junior Tennis Training

Intermediate/Advanced

Ages 10+

Mon-Thu  10:30am-1:30pm

Intermediate/Advanced. The program is based on a detail-oriented approach to the game. Development of tactical, mental, and learning footwork patterns specific to tennis. Geared towards current or future varsity, collegiate, or junior tournament players.

Tennis Aerobics

Mon 6:00-7:30pm
Reduce calories and increase cardio fitness.

Minimal technical instruction is given with a focus on

creating games that create movement and exercise while playing tennis.


USTA Ladies Advanced Clinic 

Thu 9:00-10:30am
Combining fast-paced doubles drills and point play with an emphasis on

strategy and shot selection.

Great opportunity to practice volleys, ground strokes, and court positioning.

Cardio Tennis 

Thu 6:00-7:30pm

Advanced Level

Ladies 4.0 & Up

Men 3.5 & Up

High intensity calorie burning skill based activities,

effective drills and games with limited instruction.

Ladies Cardio Tennis 

Wed 9:30-11:00am

Try a new tennis workout and really work up a sweat.

Cardio Tennis is fun, social and a great high energy workout.

All levels welcome.


USTA Ladies Singles Clinic 

Mon 12:00-1:00pm
Learn the ins and outs of singles strategy and tactics.

Clinic emphasizes on court positioning and shot selection

and uses live ball situations to replicate league play.
