Hampshire Hills has 25+ different classes to choose from of all different skill levels and intensity. There are several fitness instructors dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals in a fun and accountable fashion. Classes include water aerobics, strength and conditioning, yoga and much more! Whether you have taken classes before or are trying to find something new that you are interested in there is plenty to choose from! Below are some of the classes Hampshire Hills offers! A fun, total body 30-55 minute workout that combines cardio intervals, Pilates and Barre exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. Emphasis on small intensive moments to condition and define muscle while combining stretching to lengthen and increase joint flexibility. Movements can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. It's a class for everyone.
LES MILLS CORE
A 45 minute core training workout based on cutting edge scientific research. Dynamic training will hone in on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.
LES MILLS TONE
Challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful. Cardio, strength and core.
55 minute sports inspired cardio workout that helps improve fitness, speed, strength, and agility.
High intensity interval training cycling class. You’ll be lead through hills, flats, mountain peaks and speed work. 50 minutes.
30 minute high intensity interval training cycling class.
A strength training class using barbells that focuses on endurance as well as strength. Light to moderate weight with high repetitions all choreographed to highly motivating music.
A step class that is simple, basic yet athletic. Challenging high intensity intervals will shape and tone your lower body.
A non-contact, martial arts based fitness class, choreographed to the latest music, providing an exhilarating experience and ultra-fast results.
An exercise-to-music Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout. You’ll feel long, strong, centered and calm.
High intensity interval training using barbells, weight plates, and body weight to improve strength and build lean muscle.
An instructor-driven indoor cycling class that gives you an incredible cardio workout.
Get ready to sweat and have fun. This is a dance party style class combined with fitness moves. Multiple styles of music - pop, hip hop, Latin, and more. Adaptable to multiple fitness levels, beginner to intermediate. Dance where you feel good. We invite EveryBODY to Dance.
Hampshire Hills offers a variety of Yoga classes: Vinyasa, Kripalu, Restorative, Power, and Gentle.
Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen the core by developing stability and abdominal control. Develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without stressing joints.
A mix of heart pumping cardio including rhythmic movement, athletic combos and kickboxing, resistance training to tone and strengthen, core work and a recovery stretch.
Increase flexibility, reduce pain, and just feel better with this 30 minute total body stretch class.
Hampshire Hills is one of the premier fitness centers in Southern NH. Our professional trainers will assist you in selecting the equipment that will best meet your strength and cardio conditioning needs.
Our goal is to make your experience at our fitness center as efficient, effective, and fun as possible.
Our trainers are the only MBSC certified trainers in Northern New England and are constantly acquiring new knowledge and skills in their quest to remain the absolute best.
Serving Milford, Nashua, and other Southern NH towns, we are annually named the best GYM around, although we do not consider ourselves to be your typical gym.

Building and maintaining strength, and balance are key components
for a better quality of life. Class uses tubing, dumbbells, and more for
strength work. Balance drills performed.

MBSC THRIVE PROGRAM
Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning offers an innovative approach to training- working on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Program includes movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper weight training techniques and functional strength training. Closely supervised and coached t intense 90 minute workout an with attention to proper technique and safety.

Our indoor and outdoor basketball courts are available for free play when not being used by our basketball league or other organized programs and clinics. Basketballs are available for use in the gym.

The Hampshire Dome houses one of the largest seasonal indoor golf driving ranges in New England. Drive a golf ball 315 feet from one of the 15 tees.

Hampshire Hills offers up to five indoor and four outdoor clay state of the art tennis courts. The courts are well lit and maintained and will certainly sharpen your skills as a tennis player. Get lessons from one of our pros or play a couple matches with some of your friends.
Our indoor family pool features swim lessons and aquatic fitness classes. There's plenty of time for recreational swimming with the family. Water fitness enthusiasts will love our lap pool. Hampshire Hills also has an indoor hot tub. In the summer enjoy our beautiful outdoor pool complete with a big slide, kiddie pool, and Brellas for cool drinks and delicious salads, sandwiches, treats and other refreshments.
