Building and maintaining strength, and balance are key components for a better quality of life.
Class uses tubing, dumbbells, and more for strength work. Balance drills performed.
A modified Zumba class with easy-to-follow choreography
that focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination, and fun!
All ages and abilities are welcome. Members only.
Our Adult Training is a comprehensive program that focuses on Myofascial Release (Foam Roll), Static Stretching, Active Warm Up, Functional Strength Training and Conditioning. Strength, mobility and stability to move and feel better for your everyday life! Suited for every age and fitness level.

Our indoor and outdoor basketball courts are available for free play when not being used by our basketball league or other organized programs and clinics. Basketballs are available for use in the gym.

The Hampshire Dome houses one of the largest seasonal
indoor golf driving ranges in New England. Drive a golf ball 315 feet from one of the 15 tees.

Tiffany is a non-diet registered dietitian and a Certified intuitive Eating Counselor with the singular goal of helping people enjoy a positive relationship with food and body. She practices from a weight-neutral, HAES (Health at Every Size) approach, which is informed by the ten principles of intuitive eating.
Tiffany founded Harvest Nutrition & Wellness, a nutrition counseling business, in 2016.
