A progressive strength training program using weights
aimed at those who want to get stronger.
12 week, 45-minute progressive workouts to advance strength training
with controlled movements, functional exercises and
dynamic core work with a training focus of balance and consistency.

A mix of heart pumping cardio including rhythmic movement, athletic combos,
resistance training to tone and strengthen, core work, stretch.
STRENGTH & BALANCE
Tue & Thu 11:00
Building and maintaining strength, and balance are key components for a better quality of life.
Class uses tubing, dumbbells, and more for strength work. Balance drills performed.
ZUMBA GOLD
Wed 11:00
A modified Zumba class with easy-to-follow choreography
that focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination, and fun!
All ages and abilities are welcome. Members only.

MBSC THRIVE
Our Adult Training is a comprehensive program that focuses on Myofascial Release (Foam Roll), Static Stretching, Active Warm Up, Functional Strength Training and Conditioning. Strength, mobility and stability to move and feel better for your everyday life! Suited for every age and fitness level.

Harvest Nutrition & Wellness
Tiffany is a non-diet registered dietitian and a Certified intuitive Eating Counselor with the singular goal of helping people enjoy a positive relationship with food and body. She practices from a weight-neutral, HAES (Health at Every Size) approach, which is informed by the ten principles of intuitive eating.
Tiffany founded Harvest Nutrition & Wellness, a nutrition counseling business, in 2016.
Tiffany is available for appointments at Hampshire Hills on Wednesdays.
