PERSONAL TRAINING

Hampshire Hills is one of the premier fitness centers in Southern NH. Our fitness center provides the most up to date selection of high performance cardio exercise machines available along with a complete assortment of strength and flexibility equipment. Our professional trainers will assist you in selecting the equipment that will best meet your strength and cardio conditioning needs.

Our goal is to make your experience at our fitness center as efficient, effective, and fun as possible.

We offer two cushioned running tracks. A short banked track inside Hampshire Hills and a Super Mondo track 
at The Hampshire Dome which is nearly twice as long as any other indoor college track in New England.

Kettlebells, TRX, heavy ropes, weighted sleds, and virtually all the latest training devices can all be apart of your training. But the final analysis by our outstanding professional, knowledgeable trainers is what matters most. Our trainers are the only MBSC certified trainers in Northern New England and are constantly acquiring new knowledge and skills in their quest to remain the absolute best. 

Serving Milford, Nashua, and other Southern NH towns, we are annually named the best GYM around, although we do not consider ourselves to be your typical gym. We always strive to be the best. Over 45 years strong and constantly evolving and adding something new.

All members are encouraged to participate in their free Fitness Assessment. 

The Fitness Assessment Profile consists of:

SENIOR FITNESS

FOREVER FIT GENTLE YOGA

This yoga class teaches the basics to help you understand the connection and healthy functioning of body and mind. Modifications are given. Chairs used to allow participants to safely explore various yoga postures. Open to nonmembers. Call for pricing.

STRENGTH AND BALANCE
 

Building and maintaining strength, and balance are key components for a better quality of life. Class uses tubing, dumbbells, and more for strength work. Balance drills performed. Some training done seated in chairs. Open to nonmembers. Call for details. Members are free.

FOREVER FIT

STRENGTH FOR SENIORS

Effective strength training customized to your needs and goals. Participants train in small groups with our certified trainers in the Fitness Center and studio.

Morning sessions, meets twice a week. Open to nonmembers.

30 minutes of stretching

that hits gluts, hips,
hamstrings, back, thighs, quads. Most stretches done on the floor. All levels and welcome. Drop in.

TRIPLE PLAY

50 minute class starts with moderate intensity, low impact cardio followed by strength, tone, and balance, and a long stretch. Various cardio, strength and toning equipment used. Drop in. Free.

PICKLEBALL

Pickleball combines

elements of tennis, badminton,
and ping pong.

Round robin style in the gym.
Equipment provided. Just drop in.

ZUMBA GOLD

A modified Zumba class with easy-to-follow choreography
that focuses on balance, range of motion,

WALLYBALL

Join in on the fun of this energetic sport. Similar to volleyball, wallyball is played on a racquetball court with a soft rubber ball. Drop in. Members only. Free.

 

GROUP EXERCISE

TOTAL BARRE

A fun, total body 30-55 minute workout that combines cardio intervals, Pilates and Barre exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. Emphasis on small intensive moments to condition and define muscle while combining stretching to lengthen and increase joint flexibility. Movements can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. It's a class for everyone.

CXWORX

A 30 minute core training workout based on cutting edge scientific research. Dynamic training will hone in on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.
 

LES MILLS TONE

Challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful. Cardio, strength and core.

 

BODY ATTACK

Sports inspired cardio workout that helps improve fitness, speed, strength, and agility.

55 minutes.

 

RPM

High intensity interval training cycling class. You’ll be lead through hills, flats, mountain peaks and speed work. 50 minutes.

 

SPRINT
30 minute high intensity interval training cycling class.
BODY PUMP

A strength training class using barbells that focuses on endurance as well as strength. Light to moderate weight with high repetitions all choreographed to highly motivating music.
 

BODY STEP

A step class that is simple, basic yet athletic. Challenging high intensity intervals will shape and tone your lower body.

 

BODY COMBAT

A non-contact, martial arts based fitness class, choreographed to the latest music, providing an exhilarating experience and ultra-fast results.
 

BODY FLOW

An exercise-to-music Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout. You’ll feel long, strong, centered and calm.


 

GRIT

High intensity interval training using barbells, weight plates, and body weight to improve strength and build lean muscle.

 

ULTRASPIN

An instructor-driven indoor cycling class that gives you an incredible cardio workout.



 

JUST DANCE

A fun, social cardio dance class that incorporates Latin dance styles, Hip Hop, Disco, Zumba, BodyJAM, Sh’Bam, and more. Great way to burn calories. All levels.

YOGA

Hampshire Hills offers a variety of Yoga classes: Vinyasa, Kripalu, Restorative, Power,

and Gentle.

PILATES

Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen the core by developing stability and abdominal control. Develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without stressing joints.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE 

Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning offers an innovative approach to training- working on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper weight training techniques and functional strength training. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 90 minute workout and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.

ADULT TRAINING

Our Adult Training is a comprehensive program that focuses on Myofascial Release (Foam Roll), Static Stretching, Active Warm Up, Functional Strength Training and Conditioning. Focusing on strength, mobility and stability learn how to move and feel better for your everyday life! This program is suited for every age and fitness level through progressions, regressions and phases.

Our indoor and outdoor basketball courts are available for free play when not being used by our basketball league or other organized programs and clinics. Basketballs are available for use in the gym.

DRIVING RANGE

The Hampshire Dome houses one of the largest seasonal indoor golf driving ranges in New England. Drive a golf ball 315 feet from one of the 15 tees.

TENNIS

Hampshire Hills offers up to five indoor and four outdoor clay state of the art tennis courts. The courts are well lit and maintained and will certainly sharpen your skills as a tennis player. Get lessons from one of our pros or play a couple matches with some of your friends.

SWIMMING

Our indoor family pool features swim lessons and aquatic fitness classes. There's plenty of time for recreational swimming with the family. Water fitness enthusiasts will love our lap pool. Hampshire Hills also has an indoor hot tub. In the summer enjoy our beautiful outdoor pool complete with a big slide, kiddie pool, and Brellas for cool drinks and delicious salads, sandwiches, treats and other refreshments.
