Spring Rejuvenation
Sound Bath

Sunday, March 1

11:30am - 12:45 pm

with Daniel O'Dowd

Member: $30

Nonmember: $35

Register @ 603.673.7123

Emerge from winter slumber and embrace the energies of

growth and creativity as we move into spring.

The session will start with some humming and chanting

gradually working up to a confident, energetic chant.

We'll then move into a sound bath using gongs, singing bowls,

drums, and chimes to further instill a sense of

inspiration and anticipation for the warmer months to come.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow,

and anything else you'll need to ensure comfort.
It is also recommended to dress in warm layers,

as the body often cools down during stillness.
