Private and Semi-private lessons are available at the instructor's discretion for children who are at the same ability level and are able to swim the length of the pool independently and for adults.

 

 

AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES

Ai Chi Breathe & Balance

Ai Chi combines deep breathing and controlled movements performed in shoulder deep water.

Improve stability, balance, range of motion, and relaxation. Shallow end.
 

Arthritis Aquatics

Specially designed exercises conducted in our heated pool led by trained instructors in

movements to improve joint flexibility and overall mobility. Shallow and deep end.Aqua ACT-Athletic Conditioning Training – (60 mins) Creative, athletic mix of sports drills, circuits and intervals designed to improve your strength and stamina utilizing flotation belts, noodles and buoys in deep water. Train as a group using the properties of the water to improve endurance, range of motion and core stability.

Aqua Elevate

Elevate your heart rate with deep end interval training. Elevate your fitness level with total body functional.
Elevate your core stability against the water. Class is focused on high level training in the joint sparing environment of the deep water.


Aqua Flex

A deep water fitness friendly class in a non-competitive environment designed to promote proper joint and muscle group alignment. Class will benefit those who have arthritis, fibromyalgia, back/knee pain or are pregnant. Deep end.

Cardio ACT

Think Boot Camp in the water. Shallow end cardio impact, plyometric and upper body strength conditioning.

Transition to deep end noodle strength and balance work. Finish in shallow end with buoys for upper body strength training and stretch.

Strength & Tone

A deep water workout utilizing all the major muscle groups using equipment. Improve endurance, strength, flexibility and core stabilization.

All levels are welcome. Deep end.

Water In Motion

An exciting workout that combines cardio with muscle toning in the massaging environment of the pool.

Amazing music, choreography, and fantastic instructors. All levels welcome. Shallow end.
 

Register For Aqua Classes Up To 26 Hours In Advance

Participants can only reserve one class per day.

If you are booking through the front desk, reservations can only be made for caller and family members.

When a member is placed on a wait-list, they will be automatically added to the next class format available

The Infinity Swim Club at Hampshire Hills is a competitive team for children ages 5-19. Our goal is for each swimmer to learn and perfect 4 competitive strokes and to perform at their highest level. 

Team Requirements:

Team members must be able to swim 25 meters of freestyle and 25 meters of backstroke. Swimmers are expected to train for the minimum of one hour practice time and be attentive.

The swim club participates in both USS Meets and TSSA League Meets. All swimmers must join USA Swimming to be eligible. A minimum of 3 meets is required to be eligible for the mandatory Championship Meet in March.
