AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES
Specially designed exercises conducted in our heated pool led by trained instructors in movements to improve joint flexibility and overall mobility. Shallow and deep end.

CST COACHED STROKE TECHNIQUE
Expert coaching for fitness swimmers wanting to improve efficiency, time, form, and technique. Swim longer, faster, and have more fun.

AI CHI BREATH & BALANCE
Combines deep breathing and controlled movements performed in shoulder deep water. Improve stability, balance, range of motion, and relaxation. Shallow end.
A deep water fitness friendly class designed to promote proper joint and muscle group alignment. Class will benefit those who have arthritis, fibromyalgia, back/knee pain or are pregnant. Deep end.
WATER IN MOTION
An exciting workout that combines cardio with muscle toning in the massaging environment of the pool. Amazing music, choreography, and fantastic instructors.
All levels welcome. Shallow end.
STRENGTH & TONE
A deep water workout utilizing all
the major muscle groups using equipment. Improve endurance, strength, flexibility
and core stabilization.

LAP POOL SCHEDULE
Members: $350 Nonmembers: $375
Participants must attend and pass the following water skills:
Swim 300 yards continuously using the front crawl or breaststroke.
Tread water for 2 minutes, with arms out of water.
Swim 20 yards to deep end, retrieve diving brick from bottom of pool, and swim 20 yards with the brick in hands.
Participants must be 15 years old.
Pre-course Swim Test: Wednesday March 25th 7:15pm
Thursday March 26th & Friday March 27th 5pm-8pm
Thursday April 2nd & Friday April 3rd 5pm-8pm
Thursday April 9th & Friday April 10th 5pm-8pm
At the completion of the course, participants will be certified in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid.

The Infinity Swim Club at Hampshire Hills is a competitive team for children ages 5-19. Our goal is for each swimmer to learn and perfect 4 competitive strokes and to perform at their highest level.
Team members must be able to swim 25 meters of freestyle and 25 meters of backstroke. Swimmers are expected to train for the minimum of one hour practice time and be attentive.
The swim club participates in both USS Meets and TSSA League Meets. All swimmers must join USA Swimming to be eligible. A minimum of 3 meets is required to be eligible for the mandatory Championship Meet in March.
