Class Cancellation Policy
Safety provisions and occupancy limits require HHAC to utilize a class reservation system.
Group Exercise class reservations can be made using the Hampshire Hills Athletic Club App 26 hours prior to class start time or by calling the Front Desk.
A class reservation cancellation is required if you determine that you are unable to attend a scheduled class for which you made a reservation.
Cancellations can be received using the Hampshire Hills Athletic Club app up to two hours before the start of the class.
Any cancellations made within the two-hour window before the class begins must be made with the Front Desk. This allows the Front Desk sufficient time to offer the reservations to a wait-listed member.
There will be a $20 fee for a cancellation in a wait listed class for which the Club was unable to fill the cancelled reservation.
If you are on the wait list and know you will not be able to attend, please cancel your spot on the waiting list. Same fee will apply for non-attendance.

Forever Fit Strength & Balance
Tue and Thu 11:00
Our own program is designed to help build strength
and improve balance in a comfortable and fun atmosphere.
Class uses tubing, dumbbells and chairs.
Cardio Tone
Mon and Fri 11:00
A mix of heart pumping cardio with rhythmic movements and athletic combos.
Some resistance training, core work, and a stretch.
Zumba Gold
Wed 11:00
A modified Zumba class with easy to follow
choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion,
coordination, and fun.
All ages welcome.
Forever Fit Aqua Foundations
Wed 11:00
A safe and comfortable deep water class
that promotes function and fun.
Class includes a warmup,
flows into low to moderate intensity
cardio workout followed by resistance training
with dumbbells and noodles.
Balance and stretching completes the class.
LES MILLS
STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT
A progressive strength training program
using weights to build strength.
45 minute workouts, twice a week for 12 weeks.
Training focuses on controlled movements,
functional exercises, and dynamic core work.

PILATES REFORMER
TRAINING
A Pilates Reformer consists of a sliding carriage that moves along a frame and
is equipped with various resistance mechanisms, including springs and pulleys,
to provide a full-body workout.
The Pilates Reformer allows you to perform a wide range of exercises
that target different muscle groups.
By using the resistance provided by the springs and pulleys,
you can engage your muscles in both concentric and eccentric contractions.
Pilates Reformer offers numerous benefits, including improved core strength, increased flexibility,
enhanced posture, and better muscle tone.
It can also help with rehabilitation from injuries and provide a low-impact workout option.
Pilates is suitable for beginners, and the adjustable resistance of a Reformer
makes it adaptable to different fitness levels.

Cheryl Jones
Cheryl has been a fitness instructor for over
30 years, with many certifications, group ex, spinning, 200 hour yoga alliance
and my newest addition,
reformer pilates/mat pilates
500 hour comprehensive training.
She fell in love with reformer pilates over two years ago as a client and was hooked. She jumped at the opportunity to become a certified pilates instructor.
Kellie Haigh
Kellie got her start as trained dancer which evolved into teaching, performing, choreography, musical theatre and directing. Loving movement she became a group exercise instructor with certifications in Group X, barre, Zumba, Zumba Tone, Zumba Gold and Zumba kids. Kellie has recently completed her 500 hours pilates mat and reformer certification and looks forward to sharing her love with others.
