Safety Training for Coaches
A program that provides the practical information swim coaches need to handle any emergency. It is a required certification for all USS coaches.

Lifeguard Training
A training program that makes it easy to learn the skills and techniques necessary to become an experienced member of a lifeguard team. Equipment based rescues; spinal injury management, post rescue care and many other topics are covered. The program provides Red Cross Lifeguard certification upon completion. CPR for Professional Rescuer, First Aid & AED certifications as well. Participants must be 15 years of age.

Water Safety Instructor
A challenging Red Cross course that prepares students to teach the entire range of progressive swimming and safety training skills. Students do not have to be a certified lifeguard to take this course. Participants will be certified to teach WSI course for any swimming level. Participants must be 16 years of age.
