Arthritis Aquatics
This Arthritis Foundation approved program includes specially designed exercises using our warm pool as the ideal non-stress medium to improve joint flexibility. Done in the shallow end, non-swimmers are welcome.

Ai Chi Aquatic Stretch
Using the warm water as a medium, you'll condition muscles including the lower back and abdominals. Ai Chi reduces stress and improves balance.

Aquatic Personal Training
Aquatic personal training. Our trained staff will take you through your own personal aquatic exercise program with a level of guidance and expertise that will exceed your expectations. Low and non-impact exercise uses the resistant forces of water to train your muscles through their active range of motions.

Cardio Aqua Deep
High intensity, non-stop deep-water workout combining power moves, strength circuits and interval training to create the ultimate deep water class!

Cardio Aqua Shallow
Games, aerobics and fun are combined in a lo-impact, shallow end workout. Enhance your cardio fitness, flexibility and strength.
