Forever Fit Group Exercise
A fun group format that includes low impact aerobics, group strength training, Pilates, stability ball, step aerobics, pool aerobics and training in the Fitness Center. Members are FREE for the Forever Fit Program.

Forever Fit Yoga
Designed specifically for the beginner older adult, you’ll learn the basics to help you understand the connection and healthy functioning of body and mind. Chairs will be used to allow participants to safely explore various yoga postures.

Forever Fit Wallyball
All members aged 50+ are invited to join in the fun! Wallyball is played like volleyball, but in a racquetball court. A soft rubber ball is used. Rules will be reviewed for new participants. Meet in the gym for great exercise and fun!. Ongoing, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 -12:00 noon.

Forever Fit Tai Chi Inspired
Experience the calm, tranquility and strength of Tai Chi. Movements are performed slowly, softly and gracefully. Enjoy the many health benefits. Tone, improve balance, relieve stress. Members are FREE Forever Fit

Forever Fit Dome Walk
Fitness walking at the spacious Hampshire Dome on the state of the art track no matter what the weather may be! Seasonal.
