Pilates Reformer TrainingThe Pilates Reformer is the ultimate for both men and women. You can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Utilitzing spring resistance, a moveable carraige and pulley system, the Reformer facilitates core development as well as strength, flexibility and endurance throughout the entire body. Some prior mat training is recommended to maximize your reformer experience. Reformer I: Learn the basics of operating the reformer and the first layer of exercises. Reformer II: Add more intermediate exercises to your program to challenge the body. Instructor approval is required to advance to Level II. Small group reformer classes - 4 week sessions
