Pilates Fundamentals
Introduces the five basic principles of Pilates which are incorporated into all of the Pilates exercises.

Pilates Essential I
Teaches the first layer of mat exercises reinforcing the five basic principles of Pilates. Emphasis is on prevention and control.

Pilates Essential II
Continues to build on strength and enduarnce by layering additional essential exercise into the workout.

Power Pilates
Challenges stamina and strength in this intensified version of Essential II. Intermediate exercises will be introduced.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion
Blends Pilates core training with yoga poses in an intermediate level class.
