At Hampshire Hills we are always looking for ways to improve our physical and mental health well-being. Mind & body classes offer means to relaxation and body flexibility.

Our Yoga teachings are based on understanding the healthy functioning of the body & mind. Our Pilates Personal Trainers can help you get a jump start on Pilates or take your current Pilates practice to a new level.

Yoga
Physical postures designed to purify the body and provide strength. You’re safely guided through modified techniques.

Gentle Yoga
Restorative poses to quiet your mind, calm the nervous system and open and release tight areas.

Yogaflow
Flow through an energizing sequence of yoga poses that will increase your power & strength.

Yoga Strength Is a challenging workout that fuses strength and flexibility with benefits of added resistance. Sections of class will incorporate the safe use of light hand weights and mini body bars. Enjoy enhanced muscle toning, shaping and an overall feeling of mind/body strength.

Power Yoga is a vigorous style of yoga featuring more strength building poses strung together in a vinyasa or flow. It draws poses and sequences from a variety of disciplines of traditional yoga but is more active and great for increasing lean, toned musle and overall flexibility.

Pilates Mat Classes

Pilates Primer
Learn the basic fundamentals of mat Pilates. Perfect for beginners or those who need to brush up on their skills.

Pilates Fusion
Calm the mind and strengthen the body. Proper exercise sequences enhance flexibilty andoptimize movement for sports and everyday life.

Pilates Strength A graceful blend of Pilates techniques using toning tools such as the ring, weighted balls, mini body bars, etc. An effective format that stretches and lengthens your body as it shapes and tones each muscle.

Spin Pilates
A combination class that begins with a 40 minute Spin class followed by 30 minutes of Pilates mat work. ome to eitehr or both components.
