Hampshire Hills offers all-inclusive memberships that include court fees; one year initial commitment is required for lowest rate structure. We offer individual, family, corporate, senior and student memberships.

Membership Dues and Fees
Each membership is entitled to full use of the facilities. Membership dues may be paid yearly in advance or monthly through Visa, Mastercard or electronic checking account withdrawal. Charges are posted on the first of each month for the forthcoming month. Each new membership will be charged a joining fee. Additional savings are offered through several different insurance companies.

Corporate Membership
Members joining under a corporate membership may be eligible for up to a 10% discount on membership dues. Please see the membership staff for more details.

Sustaining Membership
The sustaining membership was designed for our members who spend an extended period of time away from their primary residence. The membership is put on hold and the member relinquishes all member privileges. Members will be charged a maintenance fee. The cost is dependent on the type of membership. See the membership staff to complete the required paperwork or for more information.

Summer Membership
Full Privilege Summer memberships are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Be sure to purchase early as these memberships go very quickly.

Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships are available upon request. Call the membership at (603) 673-1010 for more information on membership packaging.

Membership Tags / Picture IDs
Membership tags bearing a bar code will be given to each member. Electronic scanning of your membership tag is required upon entering the facility. A mandatory photo will be taken of each member for membership identification. Membership tags are unique to each member and are not transferable. A fee of $5 will be charged to replace a lost tag.

Lockers
For your protection, lockers with built-in combination locks are available to rent.
Hall Location $2.50/month $30/year
Adult Locker or Health Spa Areas $4.00/month $48/year
Day lockers are available to use in each locker room. Locks may be borrowed from the Front Desk.

Guest Privileges
You are invited to share the facility with your friends. For general use, a $12 per person guest fee will be charged. This fee includes all court fees. Any member may be accompanied by up to 5 guests. Each guest is permitted a maximum of 5 visits per year.

IHRSA Passport
Through this reciprocal program, your Hampshire Hills membership allows you the privilege of exercising at over 2500 clubs in the International Health, Racquet & Sports Club Association worldwide network. Log on to www.ihrsa.org for details.

Hampshire Hills Newsletter
The club publishes a regular newsletter, which is mailed to each membership household. The newsletter keeps our members current on all of the latest club information including special holiday hours of operation, new and special programs, and member events. We also publish our program guide which is inserted into the local pages three times per year.
