Early Childhood

Gym & Swim- ages 3 -kindergarten
A fun filled hour of swimming and physical education for young members and nonmembers focusing on a variety of gross motor and swimming skills. Sessions run for 6 weeks and meet once a week. For three year olds to kindergarten.

Shake, Rattle and Roll – ages 2-3
A one hour class for you and your 2-3 year old to enjoy fitness, fun and music together. Activities include balloons, balls, parachutes and a colorful assortment of play gym equipment.

Mommie and Me - strong crawlers - 22 months
Baby/Toddler with parent play time using the Little Tykes play equipment, balls, mats, music and other colorful age appropriate equipment. Instructor is in the class to help facilitate play interaction, parent is responsible for child supervision .

Kids Gym -3 year olds – 5 year olds
Have your child explore the world of movement. Designed for 3-5 year olds, the program includes fun & games, songs, motor coordination and balance. Child must be comfortable without Mom or Dad to participate effectively in this six week session. Class is 45 minutes in length.

Introductory Kiddie Bop Dance Class - 4 to 9 years old
This beginner based Jazz/Hip Hop class teaches fundamental jazz steps and combines the element of hip hop moves and contemporary music. Students learn the necessary elements of jazz which are crucial to success in hip hop, but also get to learn hip hop moves which require the coordination and balance learned from jazz. Classes include warm-up section, learning steps session, choreography session and cool down. Music will include kid appropriate hip hop as well as other contemporary dance music

Tiny Tots Soccer- ages 4-7
The first choice when it comes to kids sports, soccer is a great low impact activity for your 4-7 year old. Our soccer program is a beginner program based on fun games and drills to get your child moving and having fun.

Tiny Tots T-Ball – ages 4-6
Introduce your 4-6 year old to the game of baseball. Learn all the fundamentals; throwing, catching, hitting, fielding and running the bases. Wear your sneakers and bring a glove!

Mom/Dad and Me Soccer- ages 2-3
Parent and child class that introduces your 2-3 to the fun world of soccer. An active class for both parent and child, our mom/dad and me soccer is the perfect way to get your little one involved in a great activity. Class is 45 minutes in length.
