WHY I LOVE FITNESS: I grew up hating sports and physical activity. I was always the slowest kid in PE, the one who hated to sweat and always ducked away from the ball. When I got older, I tried different kinds of activities until I found things I really enjoyed like Zumba and TurboKick. As I got stronger, I actually started having fun and didn't mind getting sweaty! I enjoy challenging myself with activities like running or push ups that were difficult a year ago. However, what I love most about fitness is meeting new friends who are passionate about improving their health and quality of life.
