Spinning
Group indoor cycling classes with no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal. You'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body. Burn an average of 500 calories per class.

Body Pump
A strength training class using barbells with light to medium weight. Exercises are done in high repetitions all choreographed to highly motivating music.

Body Step
A step class that is basic yet athletic. Challenging high intensity intervals will shape and tone your lower body.

Body Combat
Body Combat is a fiercely energetic, non-contact, martial arts-based fitness class with moves from karate, taekwando, kung fu, kickboxing and tai chi. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way to superior cardio fitness!

Join the Body Combat Fight Club!
Ask your instructor for information on punch cards that will allow you to earn club bucks, fight club t-shirts, combat wraps and a massage!
Body Flow
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Bootcamp
Keep it moving through a series of stations that combine both cardio & strength, followed by group work and stretch.
On The Ball
A 30 minute strength class that uses the stability ball
Retrorobics
A good ol’ fashion low impact aerobics class.
Step
This cardio class uses a platform that the participants can adjust its height. Choreography patterns make this class fun!
Zumba

A fusion of Latin and international music and dance featuring aerobic interval training. High energy, motivating and fun.
