Aquatic Personal Training

One-on-one aquatic fitness programs are appealing more and more to clientele in the Health Fitness environments. The opportunity provides cross training, post season training or rehab training or almost anyone looking for a change. Aquatic training will also appeal to special populations and the physically challenged that have muscular or skeletal considerations that prevent them from participating in traditional land-based training. Thanks to its unique characteristics, water can help less-conditioned individuals adapt to exercise. The water is less stressful because of its cushioning effects as well as buoyancy factors. At the same time, water provides added resistance-adequate to give all fitness levels a challenge.
