Program Design

Following the Health /Fitness Profile a trainer will design your exercise program taking into consideration your fitness level, activity preferences, personal goals, and medical limitations, where applicable.

Your re-evaluation will take place after 35 subsequent visits at which time your program will be updated to promote further progress.

Exercise Prescription/Program Design is free to members.
