Fitness Assessment

We want you to become a healthier person, but in order to do that we need to know your initial level of health and fitness. This provides a benchmark to compare against as you become stronger and healthier. All members are encouraged to participate in this free Fitness Assessment.

The Fitness Assessment Profile consists of:

  • Medical History/Activity level profile
  • Musculoskeletal Evaluation
  • Resting Health Rate/Blood Pressure
  • Coronary Risk Analysis Height/Weight
  • Cardiovascular Evaluation
  • Body Composition
