The Front Desk is "Mission Control" here at Hampshire Hills. All program sign-ups, except for swimming lessons, are taken here. The Front Desk is also where you make all payments. Here is a list of other services the Front Desk provides:

Towels
Towels may be rented for 75 cents. Towel cards can be purchased in advance for $10.00 and affords 20 towels.

Borrow Racquets
Borrow any Wilson, Prince, Babolat Racquet in exchange for your membership tag or car keys.

Demo Racquets
Demo the newest racquets from Prince, Wilson, Babolat for $5.00. Retain your receipts from demos and use them as credit toward the purchase of your new racquet.

Equipment
Locks, tennis balls, racquets, shuffleboard, croquet, putters, and most sports equipment may be borrowed for your use. Please leave your membership tag, keys, or other as collateral.

Tanning
Tanning time is available to purchase. Tanning facilities are for members 18 years of age and older and are located in the Adult Health Spas. Appointments and important information on tanning are available at The Front Desk.

Locks
Locks can be borrowed from the front desk for day lockers and are strongly encouraged.

Hampshire Hills is open every day except Christmas. On other holidays, hours vary and are posted. On rare occasions, in inclement weather, the club may declare late opening or early closing. In such instances, there will be an alternate greeting message with details at 673-7123.
