Total Barre is a fun, total body 55 minute workout that combines cardio intervals, Pilates and Barre exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. Emphasis on small intensive moments to condition and define muscle while combining stretching to lengthen and increase joint flexibility. Movements can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. It's a class for everyone. Laugh with Marta and get a phenomenal burn while you're at it!
