Learn the fundamental aspects of weight loss, nutrition, stress management, behavioral modification, cardiovascular and strength training! This program has a comprehensive Wellness Assessment which includes clinical lab work before and after the 13-week program to compare results. Establish personal goals based on your profile and build a custom wellness plan with the assistance of a certified Wellness Coach. Non-members are welcome and gain access to the fitness center and group exercise programs for the duration of the program!
