Forever Fit Gentle Yoga
This yoga class teaches the basics to help you understand the connection and healthy functioning of body and mind. Modifications are given. Chairs used to allow participants to safely explore various yoga postures. Open to nonmembers. Call for pricing. Free to members.

Forever Fit Strength & Balance
Building and maintaining strength, and balance are key components for a better quality of life. Class uses tubing, dumbbells, and more for strength work. Balance drills performed. Some training done seated in chairs. Open to nonmembers. Call for details. Members are free.

Forever Fit Strength For SeniorsEffective strength training customized to your needs and goals. Participants train in small groups with our certified trainers in the Fitness Center and studio.

Tai Chi Inspired
A unique blend of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, standing Yoga postures, stretches, breath-work, and moving meditation. Improve leg strength and balance. Reduce pain and stiffness. Studies have shown that Tai Chi/Qi Gong help reduce symptoms and/or improve medical conditions such as: arthritis, breast cancer, stroke, COPD, hypertension, heart disease, low bone density, Parkinson's Disease, fibromyalgia, aches and pains. Our brand new 50 minute class features low impact cardio, strength training using tubing, dumbbells, balls, and an extended stretch. Just drop in. Free. Members only.

BodyFLOWAn exercise to music yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor. Some modifications given. Members only. Check the Hampshire Hills Group Fitness Schedule for days and times.
The fun racquet sport with the funny name. Pickleball is a combination of tennis, ping pong, and badminton. Its fast paced, easy to learn, and great exercise. Drop in, round robin, double partner format. Members only.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic ExerciseA series of specially designed exercises conducted in our heated pool. Participants are led by specially trained instructors in movements to improve joint flexibility and overall mobility. Open to non-members.
